The first demo is using a vertical menu that has dynamic population turned on for all levels (but doesn't include hidden pages).

The second demo is a "sandbox" menu that can be edited by Demo1 (click below to log in as that user);  for instructions how to use, please download the manual.

**NOTE** Menu items allow defining a "left html" and "right html" -- these ONLY apply to the menu item when it is rendered as a menu and not a tree.
